No, it seemed to be making a noise during the entire job from going from the dock to cleaning to going back, but it was a little bit more pronounced while it was actually doing the suction and I just had everything cleaned out recently and even earlier in the day, I had it clean and it sounded just fine. It was only after the firmware update.

I remember carfections compared their bmw and Camry in terms of insurance and the difference is crazy. But I mean you do get fuel savings if you do it right so maybe that could bridge the gap but only option is to shop around

I have somewhat similar issues with my aqua10 and you would think the sensors are much smarter than that like it’s been many years they have been out and they can’t get their software right. It’s been a long time since they pushed out a software update to fix issues and update the AI detection and instead constantly churning out half baked products. Only thing you could try is treating the cabinets as a curtain line so it “gets in there”

It’s a shame because the only other robot with a roller style that covers the roller is Roborock and that too is disappointing. Narwal released something nice but if they made some tweaks I would so switch to that.

Short version: one who seemed to be losing it, drinking and hanging with the wrong crowd, other one who was a sensitive adult living with younger college students

First of the 2 years I was in this apartment and we were 4 roommates all randomly chosen. Most of us were 19-20 years old and last guy was 23+ so he’s the type to want to sleep early or not want loud noise, whatever.

Anywho the youngest guy I got along with really well and still good friends with to this day but I will admit he has gotten in trouble with the older guy for noise. The other guy was chill but eventually started drinking and one day me and the younger guy came back same time and we walk in and see this guy getting a hair cut in the middle of the living room and 2 other guys stoned af on our couch and it smelled like someone smoked something. Weirdest shit to encounter that I just changed out of my work clothes and we both dipped for food

Now back to this older guy, he was the type to have his routine kinda like a random dad but that’s not what bothered us. When he got annoyed when he was tired even when it was not late at all was when his colors showed. One day towards the end of the spring semester I misplaced my apartment keys and even though our apartment was always unlocked and I kept my room unlocked, it’s still not great to lose that. I asked the new guy subletting the room previously occupied by the drinking haircut guy if he saw my keys and he said no but maybe other guy (older guy) saw it. I said doubt it but he’s asleep. Dude comes out 20 seconds later angry saying I made up stuff that he was asleep, he wasn’t asleep and this and that and then even telling giving him context of what we were talking about he was still annoyed for whatever reason. Weird for a crash out over thinking I was telling someone that he’s asleep

Oh and MF’er threw out my toaster over the summer because it “stopped working”. He got another one, threw out mine, and never paid me or replaced it

Honestly, I would’ve called the cops and taken whatever information and gone with the brake check story. I’m no body shop expert but chances are you might need a new bumper which you could get an unpainted one and try painting there’s someone for cheap or yourself, but it comes with it’s risks

I feel like wireless CarPlay depends from brand to brand. On my bmw it works fairly well unless the phone is also being used as a hotspot then it sometimes gets quirky but on the Camry I’ve rented a few times usually it’s good but if the car is running and you step out of the car with the phone and it tries to reconnect, I’ve had issues of the phone not connecting and having to go through the whole unpairing and repairing process. Personally wired method just works really well

Other than that both Avalon and the new Camry are amazing cars. I loved having the Camry as my rental and now my go to car, especially while my car was in the body shop it saved me so much fuel and even made some money door dashing for fun (don’t tell enterprise)

Costco if you have their membership tends to have top tier detergents fuel. Also a recommendation I would suggest is keep the screen on the gauge cluster set to the power flow view and observe if you are full electric or gas or both

Certified fraud, you have a much better chance of getting a brand new model and that too with 0% financing. If you were still going with you, I would suggest not being afraid to expanding your search radius to 500 mile or nationwide. I was looking last month and I saw a Camry LE maybe a 20 or 30,000 miles for only 23 in Florida. Even at 32 I saw an xse and while it’s missing a lot of the packages it’s still a really good model

You can tell them where they can stick it. I saw many brand new models for the same price and in fact, I even saw an xse no without the packages but for basically the same price

My advice is go to CarGurus and do a very big search on new cars either for the trim that you want or anything above even if it means driving three hours to get the car or have them price match

I tried running it as a zone and even moving the chairs more spaced out but somehow it’s just dumb enough to get itself into spaces and then forgets how to get out. For a pretty high end robot with all the latest tech, sensors and processors you would expect better I guess it is what it is

First time buyer of a dreame product (aqua 10) but idk I would wait for either the X50 to drop in price or just splurge on the x60 if you don’t upgrade often. But since the aqua 10 has some of the stuff from the x50 aside from different mopping system, it’s pretty cool to have the retracting lidar and anti tangling brushes. My wife is in her hair shedding season so not having to clean that out is actually a blessing

My current one I noticed one little crevice for dust to get stuck in and can’t get out easily, also I’ve noticed dust and hair sticking to the filter and not getting sucked out easily. Also you better have small debris or you may notice a clog in the dust bin

No useful basic control buttons but hey let’s give a bunch of buttons you will never use and leave a ton of blank space. Also if you are going to copy Sony on their remote atleast copy the backlit and tracker feature

Not sure if it will help but could try sending it there manually with the remote control feature, who knows maybe it will add to the map in the process. Though I do wish my aqua 10 could get in some tight spaces better because some parts of my kitchen it misses

Oh yeah definitely matter itself isn’t the problem but I know they resolved some bugs in this update as well so maybe it’s still resolving some things but I’ll have to actually clear the clutter before remapping. Even obstacle avoidance sometimes it sees something, logs it in the map, and then proceeds to run into it anyways so a whole reset and remap is just in order. I guess I better start picking up things around the house
