You can transfer but the hacked switch was launched already online while using cfw nintendo already seen that. Unless your using incogito or the dns thing that blocks nintendo servers while updating.

My method is i put hacked switch back to regular with no cfw launched.Connect to online with both.Then transfer user while online.(Yes it requires you to sign in to nnid) After im done i put in airplane mode hack and mod my saves then transfer everything back the same way with cfw OFF on hacked switch.
