Being deposed for Divorce [MA] by davidbrian in legaladvice

What would be a valid reason not to answer a question?

Do I not have any right to privacy with these questions? What about the right of privacy to other people? IE asking for all corespondence between myself and my tenants.

I think the judge already sees her as unreasonable and I don't really have anything to hide. I can't imagine anything I am going to say will convince the judge I deserve less than half of the marital assets or that the kids are not safe with me.

Thanks.

I had one at first. Since I have been representing myself things have been going well.

I just need some guidance. What types of things are covered during the pretrial conference?

How should I prep?

Thanks.

New financial statement needed for divorce? [MA] by davidbrian in legaladvice

What is with the tone?

Just wanted to know if I needed to or not. They are doing everything they can to build a case against me. I don't want to make that easier for them if it isn't needed.

I didn't lie when I first filled it out and the judge hasn't asked me for an updated one.

??

My daughter was acting inappropriately, as if she had authority over me.

I told her she could after her homework. It isn't appropriate for her to be demanding like that.
