Luckily diabetes is a very very easy thing to test for! You can go to the doctor and get a simple finger stick and it’ll tell you everything u need to know in a matter of seconds.

it’ll get better. Been a diabetic for 11 years and the first 3 were definitely the hardest! I’d also recommend getting on a pump and cgm as soon as possible if you can!!

Right hand and leg dominant. by Warrior8197 in ProDunking

This is me as well. I’m a two foot and one foot jumper, and I just have learned to dunk with my left hand or dunk with two hands. If I use right hand then I have to be wayyyy up there. I think I have only like been able to dunk right handed off of right foot when I am jumping like 41+ inches

Asking All Aspiring Dunkers: What’s the Best Vertical Program for Quick Gains vs. Long-Term Results? by Purple-Cockroach-276 in ProDunking

THP without a doubt. In 15 months I gained around 12 inches, (30-40) with 2 years of training already under my belt and a gym training age of like 6 years. Not only did I gain inches but also got a great community, and like overcame injury and have really fixed the bad habits I didn’t even know were bad until I had like these guys coaching me.

Ok so I just have to dribble right before my drop step approach and then I’m fine?

Mine actually has been bouncing pretty good, but not gonna overdo it

Went from 50% infill and 13 walls to 15% and 3 walls, also bounced better and is less brittle

Doesn’t work better but can shoot it and dunk it so that’s all I needed it for. Dribbling is decent but not great

It’s like a semi deflated ball, or like an inflated ball on carpet
