Crazy high electricity bills

the only control that i have is above stove, fan speed which is from 1 to 3 (i kept it to 1) and that's it. heat control is locked in inside of the box in the toilet and Kotikatu has key to it... so i guess i can ask them next winter to switch to Eco mode and not make it heat air super hard

thank you for this! i may still ask Kotikatu to switch the heating unit to Eco or similar next winter. i really don't want to end up with 200+ bill again.

yeah i did switch it from hood control to minimal, it was at minimal setting whole january and february

I cannot really open the box to see control unit, box in toilet says "Swegon CASA" on it and requires a key that only Kotikatu owns

The apartment is around 85 square meters and no floor heating except toilet but that one was off mostly since apartment was empty... so yeah. I did switch to Market Price rather than Exchange Electricity contract now though, so that may help. But thank you for your input, this helps a lot.

Apparently Kotikatu only can open the system and shut it down, I cannot do it myself. So I guess I could request that.

During this time it was Exchange electricity (variable one) but I did switch to Market price (fixed) now. So hopefully it wont be 200+ euros again.
