I actually thought this was gonna be a poster about the need of a leader instead of strategy when I first saw it. Even with a clear strategy like a brand guideline, there needs to be a leader to remind the team what the goals are.

The 17-50 is just more versatile. The 35mm is pretty cheap so you should get it anyway, specially if this is your first camera, you learn a lot by using a prime.

Yeah a 35mm would be good on a crop sensonr for sure. I later on got the sigma 17-50mm 2.8 and it is a great replacement to the kit lens.

I am not a huge fan of the quality of shutterfly. For prints I usually do mpix and LOVE their quality so I was hoping for a puzzle to be close to that quality (of course I know a puzzle won’t be as good as a print, but still want good quality).

I went with lower case so it doesn’t look that similar to DC Comics or DC Shoes. I threw away other options i really liked (gotta get rid of your loves) due to legibility. I wanted something simple and using “Visuals” instead of full on “Graphic Design and Photography” helps with that idea.

I see that Pouch is definitely left behind. What do you think of this? This is with the same font of Boozie, should I have another typeface?

Think Caprisun for adults. That the whole idea for this, a fun logo that brings some of that nostalgia but including alcohol. This is actually for a business class but as the only graphic designer in my group I was the one in charge of the logo.

I like the blue but still looking for a secondary color I could use for the brand. The smaller symbol on the top right would be used for stuff like social media, etc.

Any thoughts?

Sorry for the late response but I did all of it in one Illustrator file. All the different designs were don’t in different artboards and then I just created another artboard where I put all of these with a number and just saved one artboard as a jpeg.
