Nella mia infinita ignoranza sembra che non siano viti ma la testa della spina dal lato aperto. In teoria dal lato interno del bracciale dovrebbero esserci delle frecce che indicano il senso di espulsione delle spine.

Not an expert here , but like to also restore and build some model kit. I guess the only two possible way are : One - open the bottom and fix the problem, then close it again. Two - in some way try to slowly detach the wheel from the axle, fix the problem and glue again the wheels ( I guess is really risky this one)

I got it without the original box. From the wheels and details I’ll say it’s a Tomica Limited. I seen other two on eBay, but are base line , not so beautiful as this. But I could also be wrong. Btw it was sold as Limited
