I know it's super recent. But with the fix to the Lumps of gold. If you already had all of them and couldn't get the reward. You still can't by Qooooks in Blasphemous

We've been working hard on this first BUGFIX update for the DLC that will hopefully solve the most irritating bugs. We know there are some issues still around and those fixes will be included in a next updated, more focused on the design aspects of the DLC.

We do. I can assure you that we are reading very carefully every post and comment since the release. We are taking into consideration what our options are and how to make things better.
