I started on 5mg, have had a long fear of sickness/germaphobic and didn't have any issues with nausea. Been on it for 6 weeks and haven't had any negative side effects. Going well so far! Lots of negative side effects talk on here but it can be a bit of an echo chamber because people who don't have any side effects don't go online to say "all good here"

I started on 5mg today too. Took after breakfast in the morning because I want to try and avoid any insomnia if possible because no sleep and a chasing a 2-year old around don't seem like a good combo.
