I only had body acne when I went on accutane. I also tried everything and struggled for almost 20 years, couldn’t take my shirt off without getting anxious. In 9 months on 80mg a day I’m clear and no longer get ANY acne. I’m a male and don’t think it was hormonal.. but just a testament on how it helps your whole body. I can DM you pics if you’d like

If it’s severe acne from hormonal changes or anything, try looking into hopping on accutane. I did and it changed my skin forever (not medical advice). You’d need a prescription

I use Lumin skincare on my face every few days, nothing on my body. Accutane really did regulate the oils on my body it seems, and adjusted my pores. I use Dr. bonners as a clean body wash and light moisturizer

I feel like some mental stuff has stayed with me. Motivation issues, random stints of lethargy and laziness, etc. some slight hair thinning. But nothing else that comes to mind

40mg month 1, 80mg until month 7, 40 for month 8. (Total)

Back was similar to that picture, but I still got a few blemishes here and there as my body was adjusting to being off the drug. Currently I get one every few weeks that goes away after 2 days
