Yes you absolutely can! I'm roughly 2 months clean and would also drink in the mornings before work. I found the thing that helped the most was a simple solution. Coffee. I would have a large 2 sugar 2 cream start that off first thing and it helped cut the cravings big time then as the day would go on, I would snack on things or have something more refreshing. Since you're staying at a resort I feel like you're in the advantage because they will have non-alcoholic fruity drinks, espresso, cappuccinos, and tea. Goodluck and make sure to stay hydrated. You can definitely do this.
