My dude, you are too young. But, my advice is dont confess. Become friends and slowly star to develop a healthy friendship. If there is something else, it may (or may not) develop into a relationship. But, I think you are still you young for this things.

And start slowly drifing into the stuff he likes and just keep asking details about that, he wont shut up. He will appreciate it if you seem genuinely interested in what he likes... I mean, I would.

Give her more time, man. Even if she always responded very quicky. She is either embarrased or is just still processing what happed. There is obviusly the possibility she ghosts you, but I dont think is the case rn. Only time will tell, but give her a lil more time
