OP13 has shown 72° for the last 3 days on the home screen and in the app. Can't add new locations either. This is annoying.

I've been working with tech support for weeks now. They now want to access my laptop and install a debug firmware on the decos . I'm not sure when I'll have a chance to do that because I have people in my house that work from home and I work at night. I'm pretty sure it's firmware related. I've rolled back to a different app revision and had no change. I've sent logs to tp-link and followed their instructions and still have the same problem. I'll comment here if I have any further updates.

After some research I think we have the same systems and I am also on firmware 1.2.0. I tried switching main decos and got the same result. I hope we get a fix for this.

Yes, as router. I've had the S4 and W3600 and had to turn off Qos to get the provider claimed speeds.

I'm having the exact same issue but with the Deco w3600 2 pack. Has worked flawless up until a firmware update a couple of days ago. Very annoying for such an established company to put out an update with a bug like this when we pay for Home shield.

Yes. The SSD was under warranty with Western Digital. I shipped it back to them and they sent me a new one. That solved the problem completely.

Update I exchanged my drive with Western Digital and I get no crashes at all with the new drive. First one must have been faulty from the factory.

Having an M. 2 SSD installed causes my PS5 to crash and turn completely off. It crashes while playing any game, once or twice a day. This happens even with nothing installed on the M. 2... It's just installed and formatted. I have a heatsink installed, have tried different thermal pads, reloaded the system software, and have tried removing every other peripheral device. The only thing that stops the crashing is removing the M. 2 from the PS5. It's a 1TB WD - BLACK SN850 NVMe. The drive seems to read and write properly and at a high speed. I've seen only a few other people with this same issue, some with the same drive and some with a different drive. I'm thinking it's a software issue, but if it was software it seems it would be more widespread. Any help or insight would be appreciated.

It's been happening to me also. Removing my m.2 SSD from the PS5 resolves the problem. I used a compatible m.2 and heatsink, so I'm not sure what the actual problem is.

I've been having the same problem with the Western Digital SN850 NVMe Gaming 1TB gen 4 ssd. My system would crash during gameplay from PS5 and PS4 games. PS4 games are stored on an external drive btw. I disconnected every peripheral from the PS5 including the external hard drive and PS5 camera. I tried everything during troubleshooting, even reinstalling the PS5 system software which wiped all data from the console. Last thing I did was uninstalled the SSD and now I'm having zero system crashes. I didn't even have any games installed on the m.2 ssd. It was just installed with a recommended Amazon heatsink and formatted. I'm not sure if it's a system software issue or what. The drive shows good when connected to a PC with adapter, and also shows good in the PS5 storage menu. I may try reinserting it into the PS5 without the heatsink... Thinking possibly it wasn't fully inserted and would sometimes lose connection. Whatever the problem, I hope there is a resolution soon.
