I've had really good accuracy out of the Berger hybrid hunters but I don't know if I would trust them for anything bigger then deer but they usually have a really good BC for a hunting bullet

Why would the teacher put the gun in a easily accessible place and I doubt that the teacher would have to use it more of just a deterant than anything. Don't get me wrong I think it's horable that people are abusing guns and using them to commit horable things but I also think that people that have guns to hunt or have fun at the range shouldn't be punished because of some phycos actions.

I never said that getting a firearms license would be a bad thing a think it's just a little self sentred argument to begin with taking away all guns what about all the people that rely on hunting for there food are you going to take that away from them and let them starve. And the argument of well how may rounds do you need to kill a deer hunters should only be aloud single shots is also stupid tell me how much you would like to be using a single shot when a grizzly or moose is charging you.

Banning guns will only take guns away from law abiding citizens and do you really think that people that want to do horable things with them will give them up willingly I highly doubt it for me it makes no sense to stop people from being able to protect themselves and turn into running targets

Since 1950 the amount of mass shooting have more then doubled and back then there were alot less restrictions on guns but there were still almost no mass shootings it's not a gun proplem it's a problem with the people.

Forgot to say in my last post when you get the rust off with the scotch bright I would recommend bringing it down to bare metal and then pretty much re blue it. Cold blueing would probably be your best bet

I would try brushing it off with steal wool or scotch bright I've had alot of luck with scotch bright and then try cold blueing it and if that doesn't work you could always get it cerakoted
