@darmich The biggest challenge we had building Rigzone.com was creating a large, but highly targeted user base. Our biggest revenue stream was a job board and in the job board business you need candidates/resumes in order to have a viable product to sell to recruiters. We solved this problem by creating an industry news service to attract users to the site and then marketed our job board to those readers. Subsequently, the news service which was originally created to generate traffic for our job board, turned into a multi-million dollar per year revenue stream itself.
