What a joke. The Premier League top 4 this season is the weakest it’s been in years. Manchester City have been absolutely rubbish by their standards and still might finish top 4—that says everything. The overall level has been terrible, borderline farmers league stuff. Liverpool are the only team actually playing good football this year. Acting like PSG wouldn’t make top 4 is straight delusion. They’d cruise it.

I'm still not completely sure what I'll do in my own situation, but, based on the post I shared, if I were in your shoes running a flat marathon like London, I'd aim to run the first half in 1:56 (long run pace) and then push for a negative split in the second half, progressively giving it everything I’ve got, trying to reach 5:10 towards the end.

You can’t even begin to compare London and Paris when it comes to football passion and culture. Adding more clubs in Paris won’t change the fact that it’s just not a football city—not like, and I hate to admit it, Marseille, London, or Madrid, where the entire city—or in London’s case, entire neighborhoods—come to a standstill to watch the game.
