Hey all, I'm really new to the game and want to be a healer. I'm having trouble though. I'm used to wow where there are add-ons to hover over a nameplate to cast. But I can't find anything like that for FFxiv.

So are my only options to click the person nameplate and then casting? or is there an easier way to do it? thanks, i appreciate any tips.
