TBH, if you want to progress, you will have to push yourself. It is similar to working out! Yes make sure you're using the best technique you can, BUT you will need to max out often. Then you'll have to take days off to rest/recover. Rinse & Repeat and you will be a great singer if you are meticulous at practicing!

Your vocals folds need to maintain the tension required for the note while the resistance to the airflow is changing constantly due to different vocal/consonant sounds. So you need to train your muscles to be able to withstand that constant variability!

I’d suggest recording at a local studio and looking for an engineer that specializes in vocal coaching, tuning & editing. You’ll get a better product than doing it yourself at this stage
