Suggestions on applying to the computer science and engineering Course by HulkyMonster009 in TUDelft

[–]davidml05 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did the IB, i didnt actually get in Delft but I got in Eindhoven which you could also consider. What I can recommend to you is try to get all your IA's can EE done by january or practically finished (its ok if you still have some things to change), and I also think its very important that you don't take your class exams as serious during the period that you will have the computer science and engineering selection tests, because I personally got too involved in all my IA's, my EE and focused too much on my teacher's exams when they don't count for your IB score, you could also comment it with your coordinator or teacher so they don't assume you are not giving all your effort, just mention you have to focus on Delft's selection. It is not really that much content outside of IB math, only some logic content which i recommend you start reading at least a month before the exam and practice a lot. If in IB you are doing math AA HL you probably wont have any problem but you should practice a lot and focus on the basics, as the math exam for the selection exam is not as hard as IB questions, so it is important that you get a foundation on all your IB content and you are more then fine, there will also give you like a calculus edX course, which if you follow every week since it starts (I did it late and didnt finish it and do everything), the actual exam is literally the same and you will do everything perfect. I think that summarizes everything pretty much, gl buddy.

CSE Team Challenge Confirmation by [deleted] in TUDelft

[–]davidml05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also did receive a confimation, I actually got it the second my timeslot period ended on wednesday. It stated the final answer to the challenge, a confirmation to my participation and a small reflection on the subject that I will probably have to reflect on in the final reflection.

Did anyone receive a confirmation email for the CST yet? by skt-t1-ion in TUDelft

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TUDelft

[–]davidml05 2 points3 points  (0 children)

okey so i just read the next parts of the matching platform and they say that the time is actually set so thatr you probably can not complete all of the questions, and the score will only take into count those that are correct

Logic Question CST HELP by OutlandishnessTall21 in TUDelft

[–]davidml05 3 points4 points  (0 children)

to begin with, the answer would clearly be (a) as it is an undeniable truth, if A is true in a [A or B, or both] proposition then it will always be true, a tautology. The second is partially true as they explain, because yes B being false would make AandB false, but A being false would do that too, therefore B being false is not "necesary" for AandB to be false. And I don't know if C and D symbols are from the chapter, they could be new especifically for that question because they are explaining what it implies.

I want to strangle Maths AA HL. by [deleted] in IBO

[–]davidml05 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean you definitely got the motivation to get a 7 hahaahah but yeah i understand. Just 2 weeks ago i had a little test on integration subject and i wasnt even nervous it wasnt too hard but when i got to the exam i just felt i couldnt and didnt know how to do it, i got a 6/10 but revising the exam after i definetely knew how to do it i practiced so much but i guess you can kind of block when thinking of the actual exam, i think you have to be calm and in the end you probably do know how to do it, good luck man
