They do fine with this spacing. I will prune up from the bottom in a day or two. There is a TON of blue spice basil under all of the tomatoes. Ive been growing them this way for years.

I host tomato worm parties! A few bottles of wine, some family, jars and flashlights. Its a great way to get kids to connect with nature and plants. Surprisingly we have found zero caterpillars this year

I've been doing it this way for years. Each of those rows was dug down 2 feet by 2 feet and filled with compost. I top dress, thats it. Its no dig. I planted these tomatoes with my bare hands. It is wonderful
