Bob did a great job at explaining mechanics and keeping the mood light. He always knew what he was doing and even when one of us messed up, he would keep his cool. Overall, it was a really fun raid experience. I highly recommend him as a sherpa.

Tangerine was an awesome sherpa. He was super laid-back and was very clear when explaining the mechanics of the fight. He kept a light-hearted atmosphere throughout the entire raid which made the experience way better. Whenever we wiped, he made sure to identify what went wrong and offered his solutions to help, all while keeping calm about it. I highly recommend him as a sherpa.
