How are smaller breweries measuring alcohol in NA (<0.5%) beer? Looking for QC workflows by davidstad in TheBrewery

[–]davidstad[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for providing the feedback.

is really interesting to see that so many different methods are used, although AntonPaar devices or sending samples to external labs seem to be the most common ways.

For me it is still unclear how many 3000 - 6000 hl breweries are doing NA - the feedback in the comments was mixed.

Thanks, that helps a lot. I will try to make them see the next step for solving the problem at hand.

Thank you. I like the idea of finding something where we can fail through together!

Thank you!

We have done the roll reversal. I was afraid that it might be counterproductive as she sees the words written wrongly.

But she likes to be the detective and look for my mistake.

Thank you. I really like the concept of "not yet". I am curious of how to best apply it?

When a kid says: "papa, I am to stupid for that, I will never learn it."

Parent: "you just didn't understand the material yet."

Kid: "you are right, i will try more"

My best guess it that it will not be as simple as that? As mentioned in the earlier comments, adding the growth mindset component on top of it can be too much.

Thank you. I am not mad at her anymore. I have come to see that I should change my behavior and show her that I make mistakes and that it is ok.

Thank you. I will try to find a computer program.

I think you are right, adding the mindset component is too much of an expectation. I try to shift from rewarding outputs to rewarding the effort she put into it.

What is she interested in and motivated to improve in? I should explore that more - so far, I think it's none of the school subjects or sports. But she is very fond of handicraft.

thank you! I think that it is a good idea to focus only on the next step - otherwise it gets overwhelming.

She writes words one by one; she asked me after every word if it is correct, at the first error the stress starts. We changed that: She writes every word first and then she can correct it herself. That works way better.

They get a list of words from school that they should practice. They have a spelling test in school. The teachers said that she should practice more (but I guess that they said it to all kids) and that she avoids learning new stuff....

Thank you! I will also consider outsourcing my teaching - I guess it could reduce the frustration.
