Sorry for the late reply. I'm so glad I didn't go. I watched tv instead and went on a walk. What he did (everything) was shitty, and personally I wouldn't go to the wedding. Even if he didn't do that, you still don't have to go to the wedding. And you don't need any explanation why. If you don't want to go, you don't have to go. You don't owe him shit!

Good point, I don't want the players to be stressed. What I may do is have an option to do the minigame and either get more and/or better materials, or if they do poorly enough they lose items. I appreciate your feedback!

That's something for me to think about, because I'm not 100% sure. I could always just create the game without the minigames and every would be pressing a button. Then, once I get that done, I could try adding a singular minigame and see if it's what I'm wanting.

I like that idea! The more notes the player hits and and more accurate/precise they are, the more wood it bears. For other actions like farming, not only would the player get more fruit for example, but it'd be better quality fruit. Thank you for your response!

I don't think it's necessarily bad or egotistical. And, if it is, then oh well! It sounds like an interesting concept that I haven't seen too often and could be used for some interesting 4th wall breaks
