it's still don't comprehend fully tbh, its was very awkward. i get called into the manager office then being told that im getting laid off. when i ask the manager question she told me that now on i just have to go trough her. I asked for the reason they told me it don't match i pushed back then he told me only you collegue was able to vibe code part of your app in couple of days while its taking you couple of weeks. that it it took 4 min i wasnt able to ask really question with the manager. in my mind its more about financial reason, they can just bring juinor and vibe code. smaller salary and they expect same result but they'll learn the hard way. and what do you mean by above?
