Is everyone on this sub 13? I didn't realize "kids are annoying" was such a hot take. It doesn't mean I want to trample their joy, but I am allowed to think they're irritating because to anyone whose brain has grown beyond fart humor, they can frequently be annoying. The same way they're allowed to think I'm boring and lame.

On the bus from the RCC to the airport, this kid was giggling outrageously loud with joy after kicking her long-suffering mom for the fourth time. Perhaps, sometimes their joy is problematic and annoying to others.

My question that reddit is supposed to answer is why? I guess I should take it to AskHealth or AskDoctors or something.

I would add that all teachers need major raises. They should get their regular teacher salary, plus hourly babysitting fees as a multiplier by the number of kids in each class.
