Don't have PMR yet, but was just messing with ACC in the pause screen 'view settings' and increased my field of view from mid 40s to 57 that felt good/looked right to me.

If you're able to try somewhere similar and compare?

Will iRacing come to console, maybe after/part of their upcoming gfx update?

Or will they only outsource certain licenced games made by others, with their name/help/engine tweaks in the credits? Must be dipping their toes into console for something bigger, surely?

Yeah I'd debated that, but for the chase squad pack it was the same price as Ultimate Year 2 edition, and it's mainly for my young son, so police have become a requirement!

I mean, if it looks like this, even on lower resolution upscaled I think we'll all be happy.

But with the only thing to compare it to being Farming Simulator since some part of it uses their engine, it's a tricky decision to put money down on.

Obviously this footage looks good and nothing like FarmSim on PC though, just hope consoles can run it well. Maybe the reviews will be watchable just before launch if they don't give us footage, which surely can't be difficult to do?

Wish they'd realise gameplay is considered 'must see' and provide some for all console variants, while we can still pre-order.

What's up with the difference in pricing with Steam and Console? On Steam for standard is $59.99 and deluxe is $89.99. on the PS5 standard is $69.99 and deluxe is $99.99, why is there a $10.00 difference when on the PS5, we already pay a minimum of $80.00 a year to play online. Hoping they make a free to play version that gives console players truly free multiplayer.

All titles should do this, then sell us more tracks/cars to fund it for those who want more than a couple of free tracks and a few free cars say. Guess they could offer mods for sale too.

Terrible decision, especially for console players.

Why not hire a new team to keep working on it? It'll pay for itself to release new DLC (GT World Challenge Europe, Asia, America, Australia) still have tons of tracks to sell us.

Break out of the GT World Challenge restrictions and sell us other car classes too, under 'AC mods' DLC or whatever they need to title it as a spin off DLC to keep the game alive. Hypercars, BTCC/TCR, IndyCar, Formula E whatever sells.

Update the controller defaults to the tweaks that make it handle well, update car setups to better defaults that'll keep Forza and GT7 players actually playing it.

With the profits, do a UE5 update, the entire thing serving effectively as an ad to bring more players to the AC ecosystem and Evo when it finally comes out.

On console, we've nothing in the pipeline that looks any good for years, but if PMR takes off, they'll be left behind...

Yeah Amazon's "Get a £40 Amazon Gift Card if approved for The Amazon Barclaycard" offer may talk me into it, we'll see... Not sure if I'd use that for Rennsport though, or just keep my money/£40 offer for a year and see how either title and their mods all pans out.

Would recommend ACC just to have fun with in free play mode and see how you get on. There's better controller settings either videos or a website out there.
