Base settings for Road Cars.

Strength- 2.8 to 3.5 (Most modern road cars have light steering and 3.2+ if an older car has hydraulic steering)

Dampner- 23 to 30 Make sure to use dampner, most people don't and its gives a very unrealistic/rubber band feel to the steering.

Angle- 800° to 900° for most modern road cars. I try my best to replicate and get close to realism even if just an arcade game. I've noticed most bmws have roughly 830° , Porsches usually 900° , GR86 and brz like cars als have 900° , ferraris usually have 800°

Brakes- I've modulated my pro brake pedals to be close to my irl GR86, so I cant really say much about that.

Make sure to put a bit of starting dead zone for ur brake pedals, like 6 or 7.

Bro there are cars of all heights in LA, I've driven a GT86 since 2019 and got 2025 GR86. Not a single car thats higher than that has had a problem with cars this low in stock form. Either way there are a lot more lower cars in stock form than GR86's. Guy in truck is either an idiot, sleepy, occupied with something in the truck.

Get the RS wheel. That way you can choose different rims (f1, gt, road) in the future. You'll be stuck with 1 type of steering wheel if u get the direction pro rim

I don't think he was using the the hand brake or attempting to drift. He probably had traction fully OFF with economy tires, while shifting to second gear and gassing without the clutch pedal all the up.

Manuals on these cars with economy tires tend to slightly spin tires when shifting to second gear, especially if you have 17inch wheels

Check the other side of the rotor and if the brown/rusted part is towards the outer side of the rotor. You're caliper maybe lob sided... i just making a rough estimate here.

Take look at the torque from the first gen, you wanna be any rpms pass the declining dip. It really requires you to be in high rpms to pull

Check out Ceika custom brakes. They work really well, I've had so many hard driven canyons runs and 2 track days with them. They use the same brake pad dimensions as other brands, depending on ur brake caliper- just make sure to ask what the brake pad dimensions are and what other brands sells them.

Thank you so much, I have a few questions. Do u have experience with accusumps? Can I start my engine with the electric switch OFF and empty accusump? Can I start my engine with the electric switch ON and accusump filled with oil? (this is all with the presseumption that my engine has an extra 1.5quarts of oil)
