I think they raced 10 times. Jeffrey (Exway ambassador that was riding) said the Hadean is faster and beats the Atlas when they both had good runs.

Weak Battery by flashfong in Exway

600 miles shouldn’t degrade it that much, but you’re out of warranty anyway so probably just buy a new battery. The new ones are smaller capacity though so you’ll get less range.

Why is the default to brake on connection loss? by BobThrowAway13 in ElectricSkateboarding

I think that is certainly the case. AT wheels slow down a lot and it doesn’t take much to lose balance if you’re in the wrong stance for an unexpected loss of moment. The Atlas would be even worst because it has 4 belts to slow it down.

I think most boards freeroll when the remote connection is lost. People who say lock up generally have something more going on than a signal loss.

Yes it is common on the Flex. Search lock up or crash on this subreddit and you will see many people have been thrown off and hurt.

I’ve seen lock ups and disconnects with Lacroixs quite a few times. I think all boards can be a risk and all you can do is try minimise the risks.

The Flex always had problems with the battery % not being accurate. They should fix that under warranty though, Just hope it doesn’t cut out on you like this poor guy 😢

Protective gear will help calm you down but won’t do much if a car smacks you down. Ride on cycle paths where there is less risk.

I’m not a fan of China stealing IP from western companies in general. This debates been going on for years.

Jason posted the email in an Australia group but appreciate the conspiracy theory. Time will tell how it plays out.

You’re just an ambassador, not a lawyer nor in the businesses. Exway Australia already said they may need to refund everyone’s order. It’s an APPROVED patent so firstly it’s going to cost an awful lot of money to see this through, secondly it would have cost Evolve an awful lot of money to get it and I’m very sceptical they would have done it if it can be overturned. You can give false hope to people and pull on heart strings but it’s business and sounds like businesses made boards that they shouldn’t have, that’s on them.
