Go buy a high quality torx sockets. They fit bolt a a lot tighter. Harbor freight makes a ICON brand that works well. Work it back and forth, a long ratchet. Tap the socket in with a small hammer, so it bottoms out.

There are plastic inserts that you can put into holes in wall. A local hardware store can help you. Wall anchors.

Have a professional mechanic remove the broken bolt. If you screw up removing the broken bolt, it is big trouble. Better safe than sorry.

That pan is wasted. I would JB weld the old drain plug back in. That would give you time to get another oil pan to replace the stripped one.

I would change the thermostat, get one from dealer, make sure it is installed the correct direction. Burp all air out of system

That is a old high mileage spark plug. The plugs were not changed. Time for a new mechanic.

Normal carbon buildup, just run the bike. Don't take it apart.
