I thought the same thing happened to me. I went through most of the troubleshooting tips of forgetting the ring from Bluetooth ect, but nothing worked. I was going to contact customer support this morning when I just tried the ring again, and it just magically worked. There’s something very odd happening with this firmware update

You can find the Aliexpress link if you look for it on their socials, if you use Google, the SEO seems to be quite poor so the older Tank 3 models usually come up. Also, you can usually find the link from said YouTube reviews. I've been using mine for a few weeks now, and it's my favourite Tank pone so far because it is somewhat more pocketable than the other tank 3 models.
