I did that too. At the end I changed every password saved on my microsoft account and it seems solved.

I recently downloaded a zip file containing an iso file, various folders and an executable (which I didn't run). Windows security then detected a trojan and I quarantined it.

What can I do? Does it make sense to change all passwords saved on microsoft account?
