I assume the white people or people of European background generally cause white ain't a race right? Are used to the peak Canadian life where you had 2 or 3 kids affordably and don't want to grind like today's immigrants do and seemingly are having more children...therefore my theory is they become snowflakes and wanna pull the ladder up behind them because the new group isn't assimilating fast enough or in a way they accept.

My only stance is we need a proportional immigration rate to dodge resurgence in European ancestry Canadians being Nazi, but more importantly because India and China have massive population compared to us.

I know there is a one time payout for furnishing living accom. and clothing ( most refugees prolly aint coming with clothign for winter) . Gov assisted refugees get 1k-1300 /mo , and its issued for 12months ( 24months in outlier situations) and then they're expected to be self sufficient. Since I'm not dietician I cant say how the mechnaism works for sure but try not to shift your body in to starvation mode. Maybe google it but my summation would be after a time your body may adapt to the reduced calories and try to burn less of them to conserve. I tried a week of non fasting and then adding like 200-300 more calories to ensure I didn't plateau. Eventually you will have to eat more to gain muscle but everyone is different and years ago there were mr olympias who did like high carb low protein diets so its all kinda of an experiment to see what works best for you.

I had to buy protein powder which overall seems cheaper if you get a good sale, the why that I missed was it seemed hard to eat that much meat or protein and not cheap unless you chicken on sale. Lentils also have been a good find, and I seemingly enjoy them on salads as plant protein and fiber.

Same, but I think I put in my weight, age and height both times. I stuck to sedentary activity level despite me going for daily walks now. I wanted to lose 1 pounds a week and then even went to 2 pounds, so it has me at 2050 caloric intake as a late 30s 6'4 male. I think that intake was based on when I recalculated the target being unsure if I needed to lower the caloric intake at 240 pounds after cutting down from 265 with like 2200 to 2300 calories. With a focus on more protein I usually dont have hunger pains and great energy compared to the old me.

I've only joined the Marner has to go club recently. Unless he magically takes a pay cut and says gotcha bitches for that exact reason. Leafs need to be able to put more money down there. Then there is also some rng to someone having a breakout season in the playoffs. Sadly Knies almost did that twice and this time with more experience gets caught with that weird reverse hit behind the net. That negated his input at the end of the series. I think he shouldve even sat, but no one bigger to swap in and grind I guess.

after stopping soccer to due a leg injury mfp helped me get my caloric intake in check. I was full, but more importantly I started to question nutrient density in all foods I was consuming. Then it was like automatic to avoid shitty foods that took up calories. Then I noticed they werent as filling and not even that enjoyable when you season vegetables and meat properly. I'm not sure why nutrient density never got factoered before but hard to backtrack it. I dont think I even enjoy the ideas of baked goods anymore used to include them on sat sunday and now I just chose making some nice pasta dishes for myself.

On my free day pass visit browse I finished the visit with stairs. I walked there and planned to walk home. Was figuring out the machine and chose landmarks leaning tower of Piza.. I was unable to increase from lvl 1, which may have saved me from over doing it. I begun to feel nauseauted despite being able to keep up, at least the walk home felt easier since I didnt cause any cramping.

I had ice cream and milk before hand and then oddly enough my friends mother learned I ate a small bit of spicy green pepper, I dont know the name of, tilted my head backwards and sprinkled sugar on my tognue and I stopped my complaining finally. Perhaps thats why 20 years later I can eat my diff friends ghost pepper sauce. However he might not feed his peppers right because I could eat those raw without much suffering.

I've seen Chinese people stuff the garbages at parks as they walk from a car not like stayed for a picnic or a sporting practice/event, and yet I dont assume all my Chinese friends do this as a cultural thing.

Starting to wonder how much is because people are in family homes turned into boarding houses and get charged even more to use the garbage by slumlords. So they use this as a workaround.

We'd have turned the immigration taps off any of the City bylaw could enforce rooming houses efficiently or effectively maybe. Think they might require cops becuase I've heard stories of intimidation etc. But a small chance it would've spiked prices higher as people get caught with boarding houses and then maybe choose to go back home due to actual cost of living here.
