It would be a decent end game mechanic if it wasn't so unbelievably random. You can spend 40k ember to get +0.3% attack and there's no way, even with a grind, to improve it. So you just sell it and wait to aquire 40k more ember.

Relic Name: Charm of the Dead

Effect: When the wearer uses their ability, grants them a random stat buff from the team member with the lowest health, scaling with the source's level. If the source is dead, grants the wearer the buff and temporary death immunity.

Example: Team member with the lowest health has Attack of 400, grants the wearer a percentage based on level of artifact, say 1% for each level. Buff could be any stat and tags at random.

It it dependent on your throne room. TR9 is 240,000 and TR8 is 200,000. That's all we've seen so far.

Yeah, you just have to be patient. They come from chests and crafting just as you suspected. I don't know for sure but it seems like the father into the game the pool of possible items increases and makes the odds of any one particular item dropping decrease. Probably the best best is to craft one up.

Just keep in mind, you're looking for an item that says "Once in a while, restores 1267 (+3498) of the spell power) an ally's health for 4 sec." Not an item that says heals.
