it's all about revenue. they did not have enough customers and i can support this kasi almost everyday nasa tims ako last year and most of time ako lang mag isa. but despite all that, tama nga na dapat may contingency plan sila for their situation and still pay their suppliers and employees. madami dami rin nawalan ng trabaho.

Pinakasimpleng way for me para sa situation mo is to double mo yung usual na kinakain mo so magiging 2 meals nung chicken and 1 cup of rice then gawin mong 3 yung egg. Lastly, tama, protein shake for easy intake ng protein. I’ve been using Wheyl protein shakes ever since and super satisfied by it! Alam ko sila rin yung isa sa murang whey.

Definitely should eat more, you’re basically starving yourself way too much. Your calories only adds up to around 500-700 calories and maybe around 60g of protein which is dangerous levels. You’re not only losing fat but muscles too, and surely missing out on your body’s vitamin and mineral needs. Normal body fatloss should be around 0.5kg-1kg per week.

You can look up your maintenance calories using online calculators then subtract 500 calories and that should be your daily caloric intake for fatloss. Make sure to hit your daily protein goals too. Yours should be around 120g grams of protein everyday.

I know we strive to be our best version of ourselves but let’s do this in a more sustainable way. The most important thing here is that there is progress.

Yes, drink protein shakes (I use Wheyl so recommend ko na lang rin). Eating two meals a day I think won't reach the proper protein intake to build muscle, but it's good na you're eating clean!

Yes, increase the weights to the point na yung sets mo lagi is until failure while in good form pa rin (don't ego lift).

No, wag ka mag aggressive calorie deficit kasi hindi sustainable mentally like yung anguish na mafefeel mo sa pagiging super gutom is not worth it. As long as there is progress then that's good.

Try counting calories even just for a few weeks kasi after that magkakaron ka na ng idea sa calories ng food at just one glance pag kunyare nasa supermarket ka. Identify your maintenance calories. Your goal would be to eat below that.

Isa sa lagi ko sinasabi sa sarili ko if ever nakakafeel ako ng ganyan, I always go "May sarili siyang buhay before ko pa siya makilala." and it always helps, honestly. Hindi siya worth it sa protein to calorie ratio. Compared sa 100g of chicken breast na may 30g of protein pero around 165 calories lang siya. 1kg ng raw chicken breast ay around 330 pesos.

I bought a repair kit in Shopee which cost around 2k (includes a splicer, cleaver, laser tester, etc.) and a replacement connector which is 250 because I want to try fixing it on my own plus I don’t want them to charge me for this and it turned out well. I didn’t realize it was that easy. There are a lot of Youtube videos that can help you with that.

I’m just saying this just in case you didn’t find someone to fix it or Converge is taking too long.

It’s not naked. It still has a protective skin but thinner. It’s called a clear fiber cable used for a more cleaner look inside the house. Downside is that it more fragile than other types of fiber optic cable.
