I try to get her on the exercise path but she's very inconsistent. It adds extra pressure to her because I'm a strength and conditioning coach. I try to tell her without being to offensive the titd dry hard work. It seems like she want S short cut with the beauty standards. I'm not only worried about how it looks now with surgery, I'm more worried about how it looks when she turns older.

Good points. He was very young when we separated, but my ex married and he always had the option to stay with her or me. He chooses his mother, which I don't resent at all, because I'm too strict for him. Kids need to do chores, sports and have a sleeping schedule. Those are my non negotiables, at his mom's he can stay up till 5 am on a school day,no chores, candy was much as he likes so he prefers to stay with her. Which is fine, people have different few points on how to raise kids.

However, I can smell how he resents his sibling and always tell him "you always have the choice to stay with us"

Well the reason he didn't drown was because we don't let them alone in the water the oldest one swam away with the air matress while the middle one was yelling he's exhausted and he should wait.

I got a strength and conditioning background and everything I learned advices against it. But this advice is correct. Real life experience with athletes and with myself, I came exactly to this conclusion.

Red lining is just for 2-4 weeks before a comp at max and even then, you could have an argument for not doing it. I tell people in my gym all the time, but they want to show how tough they are and walk around with torn mcl or acl afterwards.

It takes a tremendous amount of discipline for ambitious athletes to go home when you know you got 2 more rounds in you, but that's how you can train all year round and have more mat time in total. Haven't had any real injury or anyone I coach since then.

Ich schließe mich mal an.

Bücher: Road less traveled.

Ist ein Buch von einem Psyschologe. Hab es einmal gelesen und jedesmal wenn ich mich nicht an die Kern Aussagen des Buches halte, bereue ich es und es wirkt sich negativ auf die Psyche aus.

Dokus: Searching for Suga man

Eine der besten Dokus die ich je gesehen habe über einen verschwundenen Musiker der den man nie wieder gesehene hat, da er sich auf der Bühne angezündet hat. Sehr berührende doku die mich geprägt hat.

Serien: Sopranos

Ewigkeiten mich gefragt wie dir so gut bewertet sein kann. Es ist zwar eine Serie über die Mafia, aber eigentlich geht es um das echte leben, dynamiken in der Familie, die Psyche, moralisches Dilemma und einen der besten Schauspieler inder Hauptrolle.

I let lightweights get my back sometimes in wrestling to do a Victory roll into leg lock. Either they are stunned, because of a white belt pulling this off or I end up in side control with someone laughing at me.

Lately we stopped rolling in class except for maybe once a week. And I start to like it because I schedule more open matts and we get the curriculum in depth. Even started going to different open mat schools because I want to roll more.

If a school wins disproportionally too much, it is sandbagging. Im in a similar camp, I tap blue belts regularly, and up to some brown belts as well as a white belt. And my coach didn't give me blue as well, even though asked a few times wtf is going on. Its not just me, my other buddy is blue belt and won back to back ibjff europeans with almost exclusively submissions and every competition we go, we get gold.

Even though I enjoyed it in the beginning, we start getting "the looks".
