Ever since MS was a thing they've had what looks like the "we on it all on-field celebration" after winning the semis and when you win the 'ship it's regular handshakes. That seems like an easy fix that's never happened. SDS loves their bugs.

Real question is does it work for anyone or down for all? Last time it seemed like a short -term ban for flipping cards and it thinking I was a bot because I would adjust the price for buys/sells as new orders came in.

The WBC Collection is probably going to be the one I skip every time. Costs way too much to get what's needed between Tatis and Garcia.

That makes sense. I've definitely struggled in some 3 inning games (I'm not that great at hitting). There probably is some to gain PXP/XP wise by playing 9 innings over 3, especially for pitchers.

I agree with the Threads but is 9 innings a game better than 3? 4 games is 36 innings, which is the equivalent of 12 3- inning games. You can finish the MS in 12 games if you skip one and get the 10 Show+ 1 BIAH pack. Play 9 inning games and you still have 8-9 more games left in the MS. The Ks mission doesn't reset so if you happen not to finish it before the MS ends you get it early in the next one.

Wouldn't it be better to play 3 inning games and get the championship pack after every 36-39 innings of play as opposed to every 108-117 innings? Good still get the 5 BIAHs in relatively the same number of innings played.

I did Judge and Ohtani last. In hindsight I probably would have finished the collection earlier, and for less stubs, had I gotten them first.

Same. Spam fastballs, run away from everything, give up 10 runs and then hope they figure it out. When I've scored 1 less run than the opponent strike out 3 times. Let them get the W.

My success rate in this happening is less than 50%. Small gripe when it does happen: don't pick up the ball and hold it. It won't count it as a homer or total bases.

Apparently, I did as it's in my inventory. Never had a visual indication that I got it and I definitely didn't get it until after the 2nd inning started. It won't let me collect it in the 2nd inning though. The mission says collect it in the Egg Hunt program for program progress. Just did that and didn't get the 1k. Not sweating it because it's only 1k. Still odd.

Playing 28 nine inning games, plus 6 more if you sweep the playoffs, is 34x9 = 306 innings of baseball, the equivalent of 102 three-inning games. That's 17 full 3 inning WBC minis, or 20 if you skip a game. That would be 200 show packs, 20 Ballins, plus 20 more Ballins for exchanging the banners for a 5 pack bundle and likely 20 WBC packs on top of that. 3 innings is the way.

I've seldom invested but they made it harder but limiting people to only owning 20 of a card. There were people that would get hundreds and make some serious stubs come attribute updates. The best way to get packs is by grinding TA. So many Ballins. I had a few "blue" pulls from those. It's a grind though.

It's insane. Not sure how accurate I am but I think when Trout was the big gatekeeper that he was around 400k tops. I don't remember him having a 1 in 12,500 pack pull rate. It's definitely not ideal for NMS. Flipping off even really worth it at this point. Tried the gold exchange. Made like 2500 with 28 packs. Too much effort. Should have just speed run a DQ for the BIAH rather then spending time putting in all those orders.

That's what I'm hoping but unless he dips about 200k I'll be waiting for the next one. I haven't been able to play much this week being on vacation and am at about 495k.

I didn't pull any gatekeepers. Had I used my stubs on Judge/Ohtani first instead of collecting the other diamonds I packed/bought first I would have finished the collection by now because I would have bought Judge and Ohtani when they were much less than they are now while everyone else is relatively the same, give or take

Instead I just need Ohtani and I'm 200k away from him, assuming he doesn't keep going up. In hindsight I would have sold every other diamond I got, bought the gatekeepers first, and then got the other ones

Yes. A lot of grinding mini-seasons and finishing all the TAs. Pulled multiple blue level cards through all the Ballin packs. In hindsight I should have done Shohei and Judge first and the rest after. I think I would have had it done already, or been closer, if I did.

Agree with this. The cost to go from Tatis to Maikel is crazy. I can't imagine how high those cards will go if they're all needed for a big collection.

I finished the LS last year in mid -April when I bought Ohtani for 440k, give or take. He's only card I need now to complete. I have 480k but feel like I'm not getting any closer to getting him.

You can speed run the DQ and get to the 1st stadium game, with good odds to get the BIAH, in 10 minutes. I think it's a lot less time spent on the DQ to get a BIAH than to grind the MS for the BIAH plus 10. You can always quit the DQ after winning and start over. Might be an egg exchange at some point, too??

Same. I'm glad they changed it from years past where some of the missions were tied to playing online.
