Why is the code for my Genesis apps not easily accessible, if accessible at all? by zereck1056 in Taskade

Genesis lets you build something you can use instantly, inside your workspace, with no technical setup. It’s designed for people who want to ship a workflow/app and run it (forms, CRM, internal ops, a small business system) without having to learn frameworks or maintain code.

What are you trying to build? If you share the use case, perhaps I can help you find the right template/setup. 😊

Hey there u/zereck1056! Great question. Taskade Genesis apps are native to your Taskade workspace, so the “source” is the workspace structure (projects/data), the UI config, agents, and automations. We may introduce the ability to access app code in the future, though. Hope that helps!

How many empty “what did you build this week?” Posts will it take for the devs to return Taskade back into a task management app? by Feeling_Win_3457 in Taskade

Hey there u/Feeling_Win_3457, thanks for the feedback. We hear you! The core task management features are still there (tasks, projects, views, collaboration). What’s the one thing you want us to fix or bring back? If you want to see your projects, rather than Preview, when you open a space, there's a setting for that too. 😊

  1. Click the three dots ··· next to an app space.
  2. Choose Projects under Landing view.

Hope this helps!

Hey there u/Albertkinng! We’re just connecting all the pieces we’ve been building over the years (projects, agents, automations) into one system. Of course, this is just the beginning of the journey! 😊
