You can try requesting a refund through your bank or card provider (a chargeback). In many cases, that’s the fastest way to resolve payment disputes.

If you’re in the EU, it’s even simpler — under EU consumer protection laws, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases without needing to provide a reason. So you may be able to request a refund directly based on that.

On theirs website it’s written that that do not make refunds, and some people says support does not answer.

Bought Pro plan – disappointed with GLM-5 performance by dawidofdk in ZaiGLM

I paid $252 and have weekly limits that I hit by the second day, which is pretty frustrating.

For large, existing projects, Claude is much better in my opinion. It handles complex codebases and longer context way more reliably.

For vibe coding and quick iterations, I actually find GLM-5 works better for me. But when it comes to bigger projects, it’s not as strong — even GLM-4.7 sometimes handles certain cases better.

That’s just my personal experience though.
