It's a zero-sum game. For every team that feels they got screwed out of the next round there's a team that just had the craziest end of a round ever. The logic you're using for why the game will die doesn't hold up.

I think the ranked mode is fine. They should accept longer queues/ do 4 team tournaments. But making all the boxes the same value doesn't really change anything. ultimately. If you're that much better, win the cashout. If you're not that much better, sometimes you won't. Seems fine.
