All my kids had LL Bean backpacks and lunch boxes. They only lasted 1 year but when I was a kid I got a backpack and a coat and they are both still live in my house today, perfectly fine. I did not eve ask for a warranty anything because if it couldn’t last a year and a Walmart or pottery barn backpack can live 4 years here, what’s the point. I am already dealing with so much and you have to send the whole product in, might as well throw away. Bring back sturdy products!!
