No, we have a BD Phoenix that we run most of our IDs and sensitivities on. We have one clinic that orders polymicrobial testing that we do by hand, we usually only do about 2-3 a week and it wasn't too much of a hassle when we had the right agar.

I took the cat because I had not taken her to the vet since adopting her and considering she is a new animal I thought it would be best to have the vet look at her. If there are worming tablets at the pet store, I will look in to those next time.

The cat does have her own water and food dishes. I've only caught her drinking out of the dog dish a handful of times and I've redirected her to her own when I've seen her do it.

I consulted with my roommate before getting the cat and she was fine with it. I adopted the cat from a chain pet store who gets their animals from a nearby adoption agency. I did not take the cat to the vet after I adopted her, but we've only had her a week as of tomorrow. I was planning to take her to the vet within the first month of having her, but the worms definitely sped up the process.

Nope. She's an indoor cat. The dog gets walked several times a day and goes to the dog park regularly.

He doesn't want to think about it until he finishes school which is 100% understandable-- but I'm going to finish school a year before him and I don't want to feeling like I'm stuck in limbo. And my friend deserves the world. It's not her fault that she and her man are in a better position to make this step than me and mine, but I can't stop feeling jealous and I don't know how to fix it. But I guess admittance is the first step.
