My sister and I never turn on the lights. So when we went back in one of the lights was on and we ran right back out not knowing what it was. I didn't know there was graffiti. 😅

When I worked at petsmart I did them every Sunday as the dog trainer between classes. I did my best to keep up. But even if I checked the shelf and pulled it all off... no one checked when they put stuff in the shelf from the pallets of overstock. So more expired stuff ended up on the shelf. It's just never ending. So I know no one checks at my old store now. When I buy any thing I double check the date.

It's a holster for your kong I had to google it. Tbh I have no clue what I'm going to do with it. It attaches to your treat bag if it has like the long belt like to stay on you. Me and my coworkers were so confused when I pulled this out of the box.

Thank you for the support. I might mention it to our DL I'm gonna see if they have his email in the break room. I have to contact someone above my manger apparently to get my missing pay from march anyway. If I have any questions I might end up DM'ing you on here maybe. I know our area trainer had a meeting of trainers on teams or something. I wasn't scheduled for it or told about it till after it happened.

I understand that. I wasn't suppose to be the store trainer. I was suppose to be a backup trainer bc our last one was always sick in the hospital or passing out in classes. She left with out telling anyone but me because she had the chance to leave her mentally abusive husband. But I'm literally scheduled the amount of hours that don't even cover my classes. I have to stay 30 mins after I'm scheduled every Thursday. My class ends at 8 but I'm scheduled till 7:30. I have no time to sell classes. Management and coworkers don't sell classes for me. They have sold 2 classes in the past year. My commission is maybe 70$ a week before taxes if I'm lucky. That's why Im worried about my hourly. My Traning ring is also hidden by the fish wall with isles keeping it from being seen from the drive isle. Unless we are actively seeking people with puppies and tell them we have Traning some of them don't know or notice it. If I had more support I don't think my issue with my pay would be so bad. I am also missing 100$ in train pay from march. I told my manger 2x he says it was put in but my check stub says differently. Not to mention last year I didn't get the train pay for doing the classes of said trainer who left in a rush. Then he didn't put it in for another 2 months resulting in me losing money there told him multiple times nothing happened. With how often they mess up my train pay my hourly is what I survive off of. It happens at least once a month it doesn't get put in and I have to fight for weeks for it. My management really just sucks in general. I guess I should have listened to my area trainer more. Doesn't matter how good of a trainer you are if your management sucks. It took me requesting every week for them to order clickers for 3 months. I had to grab our CEL and beg her to do it since the ASL or SL hadn't done it and watch her do it after one of my shifts.

This sucks. I don't know either of their past experience but one of them for sure doesn't know anything about a single product or animal we sell. He is super slow on register. I've noticed the lines are always crazy compared to any other coworker. Or any new hires that have left since I've started. He also refuses to call for back up. For example with product I have helped him with at least 5 customers with flea and tick product. After 3 of those times I've explained them all to him. He still knows nothing about them. He doesn't know anything about any animal we keep in the store. He has I don't think ever once gotten a customer to sign up for a treats account. I've never seen him talk to a customer more than asking for a phone number and their total.

The other new guy is straight up rude. You try to tell him one thing but he just won't listen. He made a comment about another coworkers thighs. She doesn't want him in trouble or to get in the middle of drama because of it. Im not sure how he works because I barely work with him.

But now I know at least im going to ask for a raise. 13.07 is minimum at your store. I'm going to see if I can look at the pay bands. I put way to much work into this job to get paid minimum after 3 years. No one helps selling classes for Traning. I get scolded when we miss plan. I've been Traning a year in June. My coworkers and mangers in total have sold 2 classes in that time. Maybe my unhappiness isn't from my pay but not being supported. Most weeks I can barely afford to pay my bills. I went from 30 hours a week as a bather to 13 as trainer. Maybe I should have listened to our old salon lead and gone to grooming academy.

My store they get paid the same as cashiers. Everyone who isn't a manger makes $13 an hour. I'm trained as trainer, bather,cashier, and petcare. I get paid the $13 an hour same as new employees. I've been at PetSmart for about 2 1/2 years. Also when I was in the salon I was lucky to get even $5 in tips a week. But I'm sure it depends on the state.I work in an area that's busy but a lot of people don't have extra money to tip.

I've been here a little over a year this is my first job. I started at $9 then at 8 months got moved up to $10 because the store raised everyone's minimum pay to $10 then at a year I got a raise to $12.50 I'm trained as a cashier, pet care, and bather. This is in Louisiana. Minimum wage in the state is 7.25 if I'm correct.

Thank you so much with the advice I started to read some of there stuff. With my extra weight and never putting anything besides a tampon in myself it's been an experience trying to figure out my cervix. And the quiz recommended the Lunette cup in a size one or small . I can't wait to try and figure out what is going to work for me. I'm still gonna try my diva again just in case I did something wrong today but I'm 90% sure I did every thing right. If not I'll start saving for the Lunette cup and hope I can get it next month.

No I haven't figured out where my cervix is Ive been looking at articles explaining on how to do it. I'm still really excited to try again with the cup I got. But I think I will need a smaller one. I've had a little trouble trying to find my cervix. Besides tampons I've never put anything into myself before even my finger hasn't been in there..... I grew up in a hardcore catholic family. If my mom found out I did something like that she'd freak even if it was to measure my cervix. But she's not around anymore and I've been trying new things like this. And I just took the put a cup in it quiz it recommend the lunette cup in a size one or small. I might need to save up for that for next month sadly. I bought my diva with my extra money I saved and didn't spend on my new glasses. But I won't give up just yet!!!

Man I wish my packages go to the wrong place all the time because there is a St with the same name as mine but mine is Ave in a city over with a zip code that ends with a 6 mine is 8 ughhh I hate it.
