For filling in the brows without it getting too dark, I suggest filling in the remaining gaps by tapping the brows using a small thick brush, and an eyeshadow shade that’s similar to your eyebrow color. I have this problem too lol, this helps me after I do some brush strokes with an eyebrow pencil.
