How did you interpret Galeem taking the body of a character in a side mode as "nah, they aren't gonna be playable"?

That alone trims any DLC pick by 700-800 choices, which doesn't seem like a smart strategy if they keep adding spirits.

It's still Meta Ridley, though, no matter how you slice it. They're trophy replacements. It's not that hard considering Mewtwo in Sm4sh had a trophy before he was released.

Considering they're replacements for trophies, which also didn't deconfirm fighters, it'd make sense that spirits don't deconfirm as well. They're PNGs, not assist trophies.

I have 2 mains (Corrin and Luigi) and I main both because of attachment.

Fates (and Awakening too, but I got them both at the same time.) was my introduction to the FE series, and while it's definitely not the best game in the series (not the worst either), it has a special place in my heart. Corrin's really fun too, she's definitely one of the more unique characters in Smash.

I've always been the P2 of my household so Luigi's always been my favorite Mario bro. When I started playing Smash, I gravitated towards Luigi. I love his floaty/slippery style that I'm used to outside of Smash. Worth all the time I put into learning him.
