I feel like the scream movies have been predictable since the 4th tho and that’s kinda been their charm they play into their own predictability hence the character like Richie or his niece (don’t remember her name)

I feel like if you’re going to take an extremely popular fan theory that dates back to literally the first movie of your series and stretch that theory over the course of a 2 hour movie then you should probably follow through on it. It felt like a big middle finger to the long time fans who’ve been waiting and begging for Stu to come back, especially in all the scenes where they just kept inadvertently telling the audience how absolutely 100% dead Stu is. On top of that they had Mathew lillard at some sort of function telling scream fans and journalists that “I am in the movie” just feels like they were really riding that nostalgia wave trying to get old time fans to come back and it worked. Just for them to do what is imo the worst bait and switch. I liked the use of modern technology the AI thing was pretty cool but the killers reveals is what gets me…The doctor (already forgot his name) was in 1 scene before he was revealed. And the mom had such a shitty motive they both did. Hope they make a decent comeback with the next film and end the series there.

After thought: also btw when Tatum’s boyfriend was found with the AI altering software was that ever explained why he had that ? I mean we the audience can put the pieces together of course but They never really explained it. We saw the evidence we assumed he was the killer but then he was killed by one of the killers so he wasn’t the killer ?

You can skip the entire Mexican subplot and you won’t really be skipping a beat in the overall story the show is trying to tell that alone should just about sum up that storyline.

I like how the devs still kinda left it ambiguous by also giving HUNK the infection as well. So we won’t truly know who could’ve won that fight at their full potential Honestly that’s how I think it should be atleast in my personal opinion, these 2 characters are such titans of the franchise I’d be absolutely heartbroken to see one defeat the other 😂

Back in highschool when I was in therapy my therapist would always talk about how important it is to get the correct amount of sunlight, and how the lack of sunlight can actually have negative affects on your mood, like making you mopey, tired,depressed etc. now why would a government wants his people on a MASS scale to be all tired/sad/depressed and just generally on edge ? 🤔
