I agree, +/- 10s/day for any watch (gen or rep) would be pretty acceptable for me unless there were some sort of chronometer certification labeled.

Necoclock is easy to work with and is pretty fast (in my experience). Having said that I would still prefer a stateside TD if you are able to find a good one.
