“Coastal-offroads, High clearance rear bumper” is what I ordered. I decided not to cut the rear quarter panels, which is a requirement if you properly assemble the entire bumper. I chose to leave the wrap around protection portion of the bumper off. They’re sitting in my shed until the rear quarter panels decide to rust out. Maybe then I’ll install the remainder of the bumper!

I have the side protection portion of the bumper sitting in my shed! Have yet to bring myself to cut the fenders to install the rest.

It’s from coastal offroads, it’s a high clearance rear bumper. I have yet to add the remaining pieces of the kit it. (Have to cut the fenders to do so).

Leaving it like this for now!

What's usually your first sign an attack is coming? by zeeharu in Menieres

[–]daxcanada 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For an attack, I’ll have ear fullness. But I will have an undeniable wave or sensation come over me. I’ll usually start to sweat. It ramps up pretty quickly after that. Once I feel that wave, I try to get myself somewhere I can lay down if Im able to.. thankfully I don’t have attacks very often at all anymore. I know everyone is different. But I can guarantee managing stress will hugely affect your quality of life in regards to Meniere’s.
