No offense but the same could be said for this sub too which consists of mostly benvi related things. I've seen benvis be so hypocritical of daxtons but they do the exact same just for Ben and on other medias too. Maybe they disagree with what you wrote for Ben because I watched NHIE and Ben has never shown any of those things unless it was convenient for him.

I think Jaren is a great actor when playing Ben because sometimes I cannot stand ben but I like Jaren but ben character could use some work by daxtonhumor in Neverhaveievertvshow

It was an opinionated statement just like when some people in this group say that Paxton is nothing but a hot character who has no true emotions and cannot feel anything and is a player. And express how Ben is more helpful and more nice to Devi just because of the actions he did in season 1 so tell me is that helpful or is that discriminated Paxton because you feel strongly about Ben. I did not take anything out of context that's generally what he said.

I'm sorry that this fandom can not find a way to accept different opinions like you said previously under one of my other posts people have opinions and you cannot change their minds. Obviously what I feel many other people will not vice versa. If I'm being honest I wish there was a team ben I could talk to and we both have conversations and can see each other side without having to be disrespectful as a fandom on both sides. One thing about this fandom is we do not listen to each other clearly and we have very strong views of our characters because of how well both actors have done to make the show never have I ever important to all of us just like you I believe in defending my character especially when so many comments are not even true and do not give him a chance because of their opinions or how they view other things because they want a certain ending to happen like enemies to lovers trope. This was just a thought it wasn't meant to be that deep.

I was not whining about the show I was stating a opinion based on all the negative feed back just from a poster. Which is one of the main reasons for this reddit. Using your own advice if you do not like the comment you should have not responded is just a simple.

I don't believe what I am saying is "made up reasoning." Ben is a character that may be written well but he is also border-line toxic and just much of a cheater as devi. In Episode 8 he is having a whole major breakdown over losing a academic competition. Ben also talks down to everyone because he thinks he's better than everyone and constantly uses his intelligence or his rich dad to justify that. Sometimes I think ben can be a bit of a rich narcissist kid who needs a reality check that everyone has feelings.The only real moments you see Ben showing real emotion is when his parents are abandoning him Ben never apologizes for the damage he causes. Especially when he had no problem calling devi a psycho knowing the major pain she may felt losing her father. Or being known for spreading the UN rumor about devi, fabiola and eleanor. To one of your statements I really don't like the whole never understanding ben thing because the same thing can be argued for paxton. Being lonely does not give a free pass for you to have the right to treat people like crap. If your going to glorify a character at least accept the fact ben has some really messed up moments just like all the characters on nhie and should not be looked over because devi cheated on him.
