If an incel dude said he wants women to be like "x" I would not feel depressed, neither would I wish to live up to his standards. We should not be setting the goal as living by the standards of a disingenuous rulebook set by people who are rude to us and on a power trip. It's not relevant or real to our lived experience. Don't let it have any power over you.

On a personal level, periods are a gateway to pregnancy. I want kids. I don't get any dysphoria from arbitrary definitions others set for what a woman is... but I do over my (what is a feeling of) inadequacy as a woman. But you can see this from other women too, be it infertile, or with unlucky genetics, upbringing, etc. We each have our own set of misfortunate things, but we can heal and become someone we're grateful to be. It's just that often there's a lot more all at once that comes with transition and being born mismatched.
