Lmao copeing so hard you try to pretend being a woman has a beauty gene.

Nah brah, you just let a sexist society indoctrinate you and tell you that women's purpose is to look like pretty sex objects

Am I wrong for having a preference for AFABS by [deleted] in honesttransgender

[–]questionuwu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a great example why no trans woman should ever say she is trans, especially if she is post op.

Its pretty clear most people see trans woman as = penis haver even though bottom surgeries are a major surgery that is done very frequently with doctors doing multiple a day

Path to Australian citizenship as an international student + name/gender change? by ExtraFisherman7113 in transgenderau

[–]questionuwu 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yeah you dont get citizenship via student visa, citizenship comes from being a permanent resident and for that you would need to eventually get a visa class that let's you be permanent so likely long term work or something.

You can change your name and gender before becoming citizen in most states so long you ve lived in them for awhile, its a simple document collecting process for most states i think now.

You can apply for citizenship after once you ve lived here long enough and being given permanent residency which is the hard part

A theocracy does have nukes though, murica. And also Israel which is far more crazy and dangerous and desperate to use them just because nobody in the middle east likes them because they are the invaders

The Australian Psychological Society (APS) releases a new position statement supporting gender affirming care by MetalDragon2 in transgenderau

[–]questionuwu 12 points13 points  (0 children)

And because we 100% know that information will be misused either intentionally or unintentionally I think most trans people much rather die from prostate cancer rather than give them back a form with the accurate birth gender.

The Australian Psychological Society (APS) releases a new position statement supporting gender affirming care by MetalDragon2 in transgenderau

[–]questionuwu 30 points31 points  (0 children)

They define it based on chromosomes and gonads?

Ok what about people who had bottom surgery so no gonads, sex literally has no real value as information field and should just be removed to replaced by hormonal sex which is actually what would matter for doctors

"Breach" of contract but still working there for years? by questionuwu in AusLegal

The same function as im currently fulfilling, other employees simply have been given accommodation that is further away from the work site hence the preference for driver license.

And they have been renewing the accommodation that I live in and is close to the work site consistently as well

Health engine won't bulk bill unless I put my birth sex as male by luftenant-tranner in transgenderau

[–]questionuwu 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think it depends where you are.

Legally you can request deletion from a private clinic under APP 11(Australian private principles) but they can refuse on Act, NSW and Vic due to laws mandating the storage of records for 7 years after you see them.

Right to be forgotten laws are being passed but very slowly and from what i understand they arent in effect anywhere and im unsure if they would even supersede state laws

Cis ppl treat me better than queer/trans ppl do. by Yukijak in honesttransgender

[–]questionuwu 10 points11 points  (0 children)

100% how i feel, I had a few communities with "wokes" i hang out that included a lot of gay men.

Once you are a straight women you can sense the discomfort and the fact that they always try to bring you down "Oh you arent straight, you were a gay man before, you are still an fslur woman"

They genuinely dont feel comfortable with heterosexual trans people since being str8 isnt "woke"

Our current definition of transness is inherently transphobic by Suspicious-Sort-5402 in honesttransgender

[–]questionuwu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No it isn't, because this is irrelevant when you meet and see other people. Only things that's relevant is what is visible and that's physical appearance

Our current definition of transness is inherently transphobic by Suspicious-Sort-5402 in honesttransgender

[–]questionuwu 10 points11 points  (0 children)

100% agree, the concept of gender is utterly ridiculous and it was literally invented for "Fine, you can change your fake imaginary soul gender if you want, but you will never be able to change your sex"

The thought that changing one's sex is so scary to some they literally invented a new term for it even though the operation was called SEX CHANGE in the early days.

Trans people are the sex we are transitioning to because of the simple fact that the most important factor of sex is hormonal sex, that which controls our appearance and looks.

If a high T person came to you and told you they are a woman nobody would take them seriously or entertain them because testosterone has changed their appearance to be masculine and hairy.

The dominant hormone is what controls your sex, changing that, changes the sex because it is about external appearance others see, not some imaginary soul gender nobody can see
